Hi I ordered your product but upon payment got a 404 and didn’t receive any email or anything. I’ve emailed and used the chat function, no replies. Can I get a refund please? Also you should know the email confirmation for this forum also 404’s. Seems nothing is working at this point which is a shame because this seemed like the perfect solution for me.
