Look, I’m not really sure how to say this but here goes. My girlfriend started playing online casinos about 2 years ago, and at first I thought okay, it’s not a big deal, she’s just having fun. Except I ended up trying it too because she wouldn’t stop talking about it, showing me when she won, etc.
Now we’re both deep into it and it’s a mess. We’ve burned through our savings, we even play together on the couch without saying anything to each other, just each on our phone. Sometimes we give each other money to keep playing, it’s really pathetic.
The thing is we can’t really talk about it. We both know it’s a problem but we’re not doing anything about it. I feel like we’re sinking together and I don’t know how to stop it.
